Or before company not follow any health and safety. Now they are planning to start and implement the health and safety in the organisation. Its a specialized subject. Usually in a refinery or gas plant they change molsieve once in few years, it is pyrophoric and will easily catch fire once comes to atmosphere. They use nitrogen, inert atmosphere to take it out
