Wow, didn't really have a true perspective on how big the job really is until Tim started filming from the top of the bank. Can really see how deep you have to clear from up there.
@along47105 жыл бұрын
These recent videos where you show the same work from different view points really helps add perspective to what’s going on and the depth and volumes you are working with. In videos where the only perspective is from the cab of your excavator it’s hard to see the depths and elevation changes. Nice work!

Getting hooked on watching your videos. Kinda jealous of the digging down there. Im up in the north east. Nothing but boulders here. Just did a average size 1/2 acre lot. Between full basement septic and grubbing driveway. Was 27 triaxle loads of boulders. I will get some videos out someday. We have 5 excavators running and all the toys to with them. Thanks for the videos

@cortsucher82035 жыл бұрын
@@zoidlrrr4633 it all depends on the driver. have done it both ways stay steady dont screw around drive like you know how and nine out of ten times you will get the same load count as if you would by the hour.

Oh. You wouldn’t believe it. Now the Cat guys want in; and they’re suggesting a 994K- bloody showoffs!. I had to explain that a 200 ton loader might put a bit too much pressure on the silt pile. They’re not worried; they reckon it’s tall enough to wade through the pond anyway. They want to send one up by truck. I told ‘em, ‘just send the truck’.

You’re not too bad at loading trucks. I am assuming you can’t get a bigger bucket for your excavator. Maybe your boss will get you the right size machine on the next job, or smaller trucks. It shouldn’t take two minutes to load a truck. Only 50-70 loads in one day? How long is the trip time? You should be getting at least 150 in an eight hour shift.
