Please get rid of the trash correctly, doing this I would love to see what condition the building is in. They build on top of filled with all this under it and bet the building will have sink holes in time. Also to fill with no compaction is crazy and is also going to help with the sink holes later.

It has been standard practice in the past here in the UK to build over landfill sites. Usually housing. I can think of several housing estates that were rubbish tips when I was a child.

А что думает министерство здравоохранения по этому поводу? А вдруг в вашем мусоре есть радиоактивные отходы?????? Тогда совсем другое дело открывается!!!!!!!! Кто будет отвечать за проникновение радиации в новое здание. Его точно не отчистить никогда, если ваши отходы имеют радиоактивные элементы. Кто за все это будет нести ответственность??????? Господа министры правительства Камбоджи!!!!!!! Вникните в эту проблему и Устраните её, пока не поздно. Запретите закапывать мусор и строить на этом месте помещения любого назначени, а также выращивать любые овощи, зелень и фрукты, ягоды, грибы. Нельзя устраивать и пастбища для животных. Закопав мусор, вы превратили землю в могильник. Это чревато неизгладимыми последствиями!!!!!!!!
