It may sound crazy but is your mic a blue yeti? i have one for podcasting and I never can get the sound right. if it is a blue yeti, could you please tell me what is the gain when you record and which pattern do you use? do you edit the recorded sound before uploading? is there any KZfaq video on this? Sorry if you find this irrelevant but I am so frustrated with my mic as it is catching all the background noise. Meanwhile I can see many KZfaqrs are using it perfectly fine. Thanks a lot (and of course thank you for this tutorial! I am trying to remember c++ after 7 years of numerical coding in Matlab)
