UPDATE: The GLE 450 (6cyl petrol) has been launched at Rs 88.80 lakh (ex-showroom), along with the GLE 400d (6cyl diesel) at Rs 89.90 lakh - both are locally assembled. This is in addition to the locally assembled GLE 300d (4cyl diesel) which was launched in Jan 2020 at Rs 73.70 lakh alongside the CBU imported GLE 400d Hip-Hop Edition at Rs 1.25 crore. What do you think of the pricing? We hope you like our review of the next-gen Mercedes-Benz GLE in India. What do you think of this new luxury SUV though? Q7 or XC90 are actually not competitors of GLE, they are competitors of GLS.... Q5 and XC60 shud be actual competitors of GLE..

Perfect 5 seater luxury suv. Beautiful car. Without 3rd row the car is awesome. Lots of legroom. I think its a best decision of benz.

When you are taking the video while driving it's not shaking from inside, matlab car ka window dekhne pe I can feel ki car bahar kitni bounce ho rhi hogi but inside the car feel hi nhi hone dene raha hain, awesome 😃

X5 for Driving Enthusiasts, Q7 to be driven around, GLE has small bits of both and XC90 for comfortable & safety purpose. If I had money to buy any of above I'll go with X5.

Q7 has different competition. Q7 competitors are x7 GLS Xc90 whereas GLE competitors are BMW X3 OR MAYBE X5 and Q5.

@@rigpathak yeah if you consider Q7 seven seating capacity, X7 and GLS are competitors but Q7 "starts" around @75 lakh ex showroom which is similar to GLE, X5 and XC90. And if considering 1cr model of Q7 better options are new X7 and new GLS which is gonna launch around 1cr for base model.

Mercedes vs BMW X5 1. BMW X5 starts at 3.0 litre Diesel engine ( 30d Sport Variant with 265hp, 620 Nm Torque ) has more power and has good acceleration of 6.5s compared to Mercedes GLE 300 diesel engine 7.5s ( 2.0 litre 245hp, 500 Nm Torque ) 2. X5 30d sport has Adaptive suspension where as Mercedes doesn't 3. X5 30d sport has Sport mode where as Mercedes doesn't. 4. X5 30d Sport with all the above advantages costs 73.3 lacs less than Mercedes GLE 300 2.0 litre engine. 3. BMW X5 Petrol engine (40i M Sport variant with 3.0 litre, 340hp, 450 Nm Torque ) has less power compared to Mercedes GLE 450 Petrol engine ( 3.0 litre 367hp, 500 Nm Torque ) , but has good acceleration of 5.5s compared to Mercedes 5.7s So by far BMW is the best in terms of Specs, Pricing..Need to wait till the launch date to know the pricing of 3.0 litre Diesel Engine and exact pricing of other Variants..

ESP & Traction control are life savers. Its long since standard for all Cars in EU, US, CA etc. Lets have it on all Cars in India making our roads safer, save lakhs of accidents & life. It will also lower car insurance in the long run.

I would never buy any car that doesn't provide a full size spare tyre. Wouldn't want to be seen limping away to the next garage which could be miles away if you were on a long trip.

nope its a big issue for some ppl if som1 else is driving ur car other thn u .. or if ur giving ur car 4 service ull go nuts finding ur comfortable driving position its very diffclt .. i feel irritated while driving when i cant find my ideal seating position ur paying high premium to meet all those needs.. even power seats are waste without memory function cos adjusting seats manually doesnt require so much effort.. all these things make a luxury car luxurious
