Just a suggestion: a better microphone will make the audio crisp and easily heard. It almost sounds slightly muffled when you are speaking, noticed it throughout various videos. I am enjoying seeing houses in different areas of Atlanta.

The kitchen is beautiful but I didn’t like the backsplash. I prefer the island to have cabinets with it instead of the open area.
