Man, MJF works a heel well, but has the heart of a babyface. If Tony has accomplished anything with AEW, it has been giving MJF the platform to demonstrate over and over again he is a generational talent.

Indy wrestling was never taken seriously. But Kenny worked his ass off for years. Perhaps one of the most safest wrestlers ever. And he had gotten a lot to attention here, ROH and Japan. The Cleaner has got my respect.

Man, MJF's character development has been insane, and the best part about it, is that the belt is what's changed him. His road to redemption has been his realization of what type of man he needs to be to remain a champion. Because of that, the belt has so much more value on his waist than it otherwise would have on any other wrestler.

My first ever AEW live show, couldn't believe how good this main event was and I got to watch it in person. Glad they captured this segment after the show went off air because it was a special moment.

MJF really is the modern wrestling anomaly. He’s under 30, with some of the best matches, storylines, and feuds under his belt, with a one-of-a-kind character as well. It’s like a perfect blend of Attitude Era personality flexibility and modern-era athleticism. Roman Reigns is cool, but it took like 7 fucking years for it to feel like that. MJF has hit the ground-running & he’s in a promotion that prioritizes freedom to be what you want to be. He should continue to be presented as the main character of AEW because he’s essential to company lore (Cody feud, Punk feud, longest reigning champion, main-evening their biggest show ever) 2022-2023 for AEW has been chaotic, but MJF’s connection with the fans is an absolute diamond in the midst of it all. 2024 could create “the” AEW story, revolving around MJF & all these overlapping narratives. If guys like Ricky & Sammy don’t want to be midcard acts adjacent to main event stuff, they better study the little things MJF, Darby, and Orange Cassidy do.

I would rather see Yuta or Garcia get main event pushed than Ricky or Sammy at this point both of them are just better talents, Yuta has been wonderful in the BCC though he's taken a bit of a back seat lately sadly, and while Garcia hasn't had the push he should be having, he's probably the next closest to a sure thing on the roster after MJF, he has the charisma and skill to be a legit top guy who can do 60 minute killer matches and entertain people, the company is kind of dropping the ball by not getting him more prepared for that spotlight.

Hands down Collision's greatest main event so far and hands down one of thee (if not thee) greatest Collision episode so far. The show was magnificently paced, pretty much every match was amazing & entertaining(AR Fox vs Jay White, Shida vs Abadon, etc) The House of Black vs LFI tease was awesome & more importantly there was a whole ton of wrestling and no in ring talking segments. My ideal kind of pro wrestling show. Very rarely do I give AEW high praise, but they really hit this one out of the park. Best Collision episode so far. It would be very hard to top this episode.

The amount of growth we've seen from MJF in the last 12 months is staggering and just bravo for the sport! Promos being delivered properly is still what makes Wrestling so damn good!

What a PPV caliber match on Collision! Reminded me of the kind of quality we got with FTR vs Jay White and Juice a few months ago. It was great to see a dream match like this. A classic for sure. I hope we get a rematch some time in the future. Easily this could be the main event of a PPV.

Please keep the MJF babyface run going as long as you can. He’s killing it! Just like he did as a heel. Dude can go in the ring too. I never realized it until recently because as a heel he did everything he could not to.

Honestly MJF really isn’t either one. His the “anti-hero” per se not really a defined face or heel because some of actions could be both roles. The only Punk was a good villain for MJF was because of the story. We all could so relate with MJF as being that fan getting let down by our favorite wrestler. Honestly who ever whether it’s Jay White or anyone else it’s all about the story. With Jay white we are all rooting for MJF to win back his belt that was stolen from him.

I am such a mark. I could not stop smiling thru this entire exchange. If you had told me a year ago that MJF would become the face of AEW and one we could be proud of I wouldn't have believed it. A year ago I would have been sad to see him go but now TK better do whatever he can to hold on to him.

Seriously this match is what I think really is gonna help MJF with not only his character, but his career!, but thank god Kenny is such a legend in the game , I believe he saved his life with that table outside the ring stunt, he landed just right so that Max didn’t break his neck! Good shit to the both of them, OUTSTANDING MATCH!❤
