This issue is complex, and seem like alot of people's lives are in danger. It also seem like some are avoiding prosecution. Something feels strange about this interview. If Cyril and his merry men want a single vote and gain any credibility, he must shut down every govt department and municipalities and send in neutral experts to close off the books and start on a clean slate. This people who call themselves professional, always think government employees are not professionals they go to govt and fail big time they get big positions without understanding govt administration.
