Exclusive Interview of ASP Syed Fazil Bukhari 46th common trainee PSP/CSS/CSP Police Officer from Baluchistan when he attended Two days training session at Punjab Safe cities Authority Lahore. ASP Syed Fazil Bukhari said he is from a poor family and he needed a job that's why he opted for CSS exam but after becoming a Police Officer he realized that he is born to serve for Pakistan as an ASP under Pakistan Police. Syed Fazil Bukhari ASP from Baluchistan also sings a Sindhi song "hikro manhoon aa moti dano aa" and dedicated it to his fellow ASP Police officer Murad Hussain.

ہر بندہ سچے دل سے اور محنت سے کوشش کرتا اے۔ اب خالی نشستیں ۲۰۰-۳۰۰ ہوتی ہیں تو ۱۰۰۰ بندہ پاس ہو جائے گا تو باقی جو سات سو بچ جاتے ہیں ان کو کہا جاتا اے کہ سچے دل سے محنت کرو تو ان لوگوں پہ کیا گزرے گی۔ اور کچھ لوگوں کا پورا سال صرف ایک نمبر کھا جاتا اے۔ معاشرے میں پروان چڑھتے اس منفی رجحان کو غلط ہوا دینے سے بھی روکنا اے کہ صرف سی ایس ایس والے ہی ملک نئیں چلا رہے یہ ایک مشرکہ عمل اے۔ سی ایس ایس والے کو ہی پزیرائے ملے گی تو کیسے چلے گا۔ کیا ملک میں فہم کا معیار انگریزی زبان یا سی ایس ایس ہی اے۔

سی ایس ایس مشکل نہیں ہے اصل میں ہوتا یہ ہے کہ مڈل کلاس کا نوجوان جب BA کرتا ہے تو اسے مذید پڑھنے کی اجازت گھریلو حالات نہیں دیتے ۔ پندرہ سولہ سال تعلیم پر پیسے لگانے والے والدین اب اس سے کچھ آؤٹ پٹ چاہتے ہیں ۔ اسے گھر کی ذمہ داریاں اٹھانے کے لیے جاب کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے اسی لیے بجائے وہ سال ڈیڑھ سال مذید پڑھنے کے کچھ کمانے کی طرف جاتا ہے
