Her Excellency former First lady Nana Konadu did a good job and it was a quest of national interest for women empowerment in Ghana. However, the influence of partisan politics might have crippled the movement.

She formed a party within her husband's party. A very dangerous move against the late Atta Mills that made the ndc unpopular to extent. But for the bravery of Mahama and co Nana Konadu through her wicked campaign and propaganda on social media platforms against the NDC her own husband party the NDC party would have totally collapsed. All the accusations she made against the NDC that sent the party into opposition Akufu addo and his government have done more harm and she is silent.
