EXCLUSIVE LOOK: BMW M2 by FUTURA 2000

Күн бұрынBMW M has unveiled their first collaboration with American graffiti artist FUTURA. The BMW M2 Competition by FUTURA was introduced at the Frieze LA event and previews another exclusive model which will be unveiled this Summer.
FUTURA’s work will focus on both the exterior and interior of the BMW M2 Competition. Inside, there are trim strips on the instrument panel and the center console of each vehicle boast a special, individually created FUTURA 2000 design. The bi-colored, Dakota leather M sports seats in black and ivory white feature polar blue contrast stitching.
BMW M commissioned 500 M2 Competitions by Futura 2000 for worldwide consumption. The ordering guide goes live on February 18. Pricing is set to start at around $69,000.

@@bmwblog I'm just being sarcastic of course! I actually own an M2 Comp in Hockenheim Silver and would have to agree with 'Double Tap's' assessment below in the comments. This sort of thing is always going to be subjective and not to everyone's tastes. I wouldn't want it on my car for the same reason I wouldn't put a bumper sticker on a Ferrari!!!

You made the impossible Made it actually look better , and before was perfect , now just better. Not only outside , but the steering wheel and the seats rocketed the interior game it’s insane Good job! Can’t wait to see them on streets.

What is the design? Even with the closeups it's hard to tell? Is it just "avant garde" drawings? A sky and clouds with vapor trails? Or was it painted to look as though it was vandalized?

@@MT-xy7fw No they are Not.. I only Drive Manuals, I love the Control than just sitting there looking at your phone. Like Riding a Bike, you learn very easy fast then your a wiz.. You are financing that extra price you pay and service too.. I do my own service with my Tools and knowledge.
