For me, this interview confirms may way of thinking of him while watching him ride in his videos. A guy with an ego larger than his engine, putting not only himself, but also others in danger (as we have seen recently), being a very (!) bad role model for young/new riders and really helping to give us other riders a bad reputation. I am not at all impressed ....

Since this interview Max wrist has crashed at least 11 BMW 1000 RR. Deals gap did a max pass and crashed into a bike, causing injuries to the rider and passenger. He was Arrested and out on bond because he has money. The other rider he crashed into couldn’t afford bail so was in there for many days. Skilled at crashing and apparently walking away except for the times he got a medevac helicopter out of Angels crest highway. Sounds like a professional to me.😅

Ghostrider was one of my inspirations an that fact I never got to see a Sportbike in person that much because they would just fly by so fast I would get just a glimpse of these mythical like machines as a kid. So I had to get one.

I've met this guy a couple of times and been on the same road with him riding. He is very fast and very good but he is also considerate of those riding around him and unlike some people with his ability he is a nice guy and never to busy to talk riding and bike stuff with anyone who approachs him.

I remember some really really fast dudes on Angeles Crest Hey. For many of them it caught up with them in a bad way. I was just slow enough to stay alive and then track days were so much faster funner and safer and no squids in opposing lanes trying to kill me.
