This was a premeditated felony assault. He used city resources to get the victim’s address for non city business. This is why the city agencies are a joke. The victim should sue the city, the SFPD and the Mohamed in civil court. The city got deep pockets and a long history of protecting problem employees like this! i saw that before fire fighters pull up in the middle of the night back from a call and two came out swinging at each other also saw same insedent with LAPD also coming back from a call at 2:30 am and where two cops yelling at each other almost ready to swing this have been going on lately where first responders will have arguments in the middle of shift and they pull up in alleys and dark streets at night and square it off the grid
