@@acidicascetic she mentioned that she travels outside India a lot and has a home in London, that might be the reason of her switching accent. When you go into an English speaking country and are surrounded by people with different accents you will naturally pick up their accent, its brain's coping mechanism. (If there are say 100 people with american accent and 1 guy with indian accent then its obvious that indian guy will pick up their accent and vice versa) I have a brother living in USA for about 4 years now and whenever he comes back to India for vacations he also switches from american accent to Indian accent quite frequently while talking. Its a thing you subconsciously pick up and theres nothing wrong with that.
