They are going to look so nice, ive been eyeing this lot everytime i pass and its actually on the way to my partners work! I feel that they will be very high priced though!😢

Grand opening is happening on 3/9 & 3/10! If you see me, come and say hello! In terms of price, they are starting around low $1.6mil

No thanks. Quit building in walnut. You’re taking away from what makes us special. Used to be kids riding horses and running after cows and frogs. Make your money somewhere else, go to Glendora

I understand your concerns about preserving the charm and uniqueness of Walnut. At the same time, I believe this development could present a great opportunity for our community. With limited available land in Walnut, thoughtful development could provide much-needed amenities and services for residents while maintaining the essence of our town. I hear your nostalgia for the days of kids riding horses and exploring the outdoors, and I believe we can strive for a balance that honors our past while embracing positive growth for the future :)
