It's very meaningful and informative,Dr.Hegde is a gem on this earth, I am very glad with Dr D. Bansal to have such a nice program. I am fully agree with Dr.Hegde,as we know that Ayurveda is the greatest and oldest treasure for human-beings on this earth, only Ayurveda,yoga, natural life style and vegetarian food can increase immunity power naturally, I am extremely happy with Dr Bansal Dr Hegde.

Dr. Bansal sir... thanks a ton... For such a wonderful session with Dr Hedge sir. It was really great opportunity for common people like us to learn a lot. Respect to ur polite n humble way of conducting this whole session. (Things apart... probably This is the first video where i found Dr Hedge sir in passive mode...... maybe i guess it was late night or very odd time...😀😀)

Why yawn happens ? I don't know. Once I yawned during martial arts class at 4.30 pm, then I was 17 yrs. Master made me run 10 round and push ups and sit ups for half an hour

Dr.Dheeraj Bansal and Padma Bhushan Dr.B.M. Hegde thanks for this video. I am a avid follower of Dr. Hegde s principles and I saw this video before I got covid and watched it minute to minute after I got infected with Covid 19 and I'm happy to share despite being symptomatic I didn't take a single paracetamol or anyother vitamin. I'm so grateful to both of you for making this video.

Some plants are used in Ayurveda for example garlic is a powerful drug when not cooked?, Every hotel in Mangalore can give you a good vegetarian meal under Rs 100 with or without bread or chapatis. Forget about America or their ways of life.
