When we bought our vacation (eventually becoming retirement) home in Tampa last month, the two final contenders were located at the Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch in Wesley Chapel and at Valencia Lakes in Wimauma, both 55+ communities. I did like Wesley Chapel a lot but the house we eventually bought at Valencia Lakes has an incredible sunset view over a large lake that was impossible to pass on! Wesley Chapel is definitely a great area, particularly well suited for families.

Adam, my wife and I came across your videos and can’t stop watching them. We are looking to move to the Tampa area but not sure where exactly. You are so enjoyable to watch and give so much details in a short amount of time. We love your style, honesty, information and humor. Yes, I said humor. Lol The only question is you touch on the 55+ communities in some videos but not in full detail. Do you ever think you will do one just on the 55+? We are undecided and think you can help persuade us. If not, can you recommend some videos of others or suggestions of your own would be appreciated.

New subscriber! I'm loving the videos. I'm currently in the UK and had given up on Florida due to the recent cost rises (was looking at Orlando area, winter garden/horizon west) but you've defeated me with Wesley Chapel😍! Looks amazing. And cheap! My home is 1200sq ft and about $750k just outside of London but, Tampa suburbs would be a much better life for my family as long as I can get a great school zone. Now, just to find a job in FL!

We own a DR Horton in Panama City Fl and here they have an awful reputation. Would you give a run down on the reliability of the tier 1 homes in Tampa? Other than affordability will they stand the test of time? Or is it best to just go with an older home?
