Sheila Scott said she called the Indian River County Sheriff after seeing video of the possible suspect connected to two abduction attempts in a Vero Beach neighborhood.
"The kid banged on the door very loud," Scott said. "Bang, bang, bang, bang and he went nuts."

And what right mind would you tell somebody that it’s a kid?, That you thought was drunk. So if you thought it was a drunk kid, why didn’t you just go ahead and call and say hey there’s a drunk kid wondering around the neighborhood.

I may be mistaken but thought you should be able to walk your dog anytime of day or night and feel safe while doing it.

im a nurse and go to work at 500am. one time a man showed up at my car window asking for money blocking me from leaving. it startled me! i am always nervous to go to work at that time. women should feel they have a right to walk anytime they want
