3:12 Actually not true, It refers to Tax Horsepower or taxable horsepower. It was an early system of taxation rates for automobiles in some countries like Belgium, Britain and France.

3:13 Incorrect. Chevaux was an indication of the tax-system on auto-mobiles in France.

Can you correct the exhibition date in the description box? It's till June 2022 NOT June 2020. This is a very good collection of R Lalique glass. I may have to visit the exhibition before it closes!

5:34 Also actually not true. Initially only100 were made and an extra of 25 specially engraved for very high placed clientele with their names by the company itself. Some of the original productionnumber registration papers indicate there were made an extra of 50 but they are not signed for production, so we can't be sure they actually were porduced. Espacially the application of the metal hinge to the glass was a serious obstacle for mass production. We have the original prototype of this design in our museum with an oval shaped pearl inside.

Mostly all is in a musea, nothing much to find in the wild. 😅 He lived up to 1945 and me i was thinking that his craftmanship only was practiced in the belle époque pereode. 🤔😅
