Court docs claim Guo committed a $1.14 billion fraud yet the docs claim the SEC seized $539 million prior to the other $633 million seized from Guo. Well, there is alleged $1.14 billion fraud yet they seized $1.17 billion in cash from the guy. Pay the investors back.
