When they came out with the first model of this 30 inch mower, I told my dealer that it needs a bigger motor. I saw this model at my dealer and I was impressed by the power and humming the motor makes.

Great review!! I wish that toro or exmark would make their handle on the commercial flip up like the timemaster. Maybe not a big deal but for me it is cause I can fit two mowers on my small trailer because I can flip the handle up.

Minnesota Lawn and Landscape depends on which kohler engine your talking about. My 20 horse command has outlasted a couple of my kawasaki's.

I'm a Kawasaki fan. I have a 2019 Exmark 30. My dealer doesn't stock the Kohler model, he says none of the lawn care companies ask for it, they love Kawi.

I think kohler has had some iffy motors in the past but this one and the one on my walker and the one i had on the liberty z rock solid

The difference for me is the oil changes. After 200 hours kohler motors oil looks pretty good still. But Kawasaki after 200 oil is black

Nice video 👌💯. When engine is running full throttle how far you push rev handle? I noticed on my mower if you push it all the way pass 🐇 where the |^| shock is engine revs higher but not sure if thats safe.

I go thru this thought all the time with my mowers but where the little full throttle notch is we should stop there or else we will damage the cable and possibly other things

I am looking at the ferris fw 15 slash snapper pro sw 15 and for about the same money i really like the fact it has hydros, reverse, mulch kit, 390cc, ( i dont really bag often) and its heavy but it has reverse ! And caster wheels that makes up for the weight. My question is do i really need the caster wheels model for the extra $800 ?? Or would the fixed wheel version do fine for a cash price of 2k what do u think?

Cash price 2k? Wow they are closer to 3k here. i say if you could get the fixed one for 2k get that cause when your on hills sideways you would have to lock the wheels anyway

Is this mower still working well for you? Im looking to buy one for this season. Most of my lawns are between 4000 to 10,000 square feet. Im thinking maybe I might be able to goto 15,000 sqft this season with this mower. Great channel! Blessings!

Do you have to give it a push for it to start going on its own? Or immidiately after you squeeze the drive bail it starts moving on its own? I just bought one and I have to give it a push before it starts.

Like a delay? Or you literally have to push it to get it going? If you have to push it get that thing to the dealer to have them check it out

Tony do you know the size of the square key that is need to drain the oil through the hose on this mower. I have the same mower 2021 kohler engine

The end of the tube? I think its a 1/2 or possibly a 9/16

_Finally_ found one an hour away ( to replace my 48 and 22 ), and I remember you talking about that venting problem, so how does that affect sideways mowing on a hill even if the tank isn't full? I've had an issue using newer Toro pushmowers on hills that older Toro's didn't have....We have a little bit of a hill on the side of the church, maybe I'll go try her out today....

@@tonyslawncare Oooooh noooo, man 😂 I'm still solo ( I was thinking of maybe bringing in a helper this season, but I didn't too much care to ride cooped up in the truck with another sweaty dude even years ago, but definitely not these days, huge expansion doesn't mean _that_ much to me; I'll expand solo ) and I have a fair bit of grass to maintain, so I cut everything I can with my old Gravely 60 z; and now I can run a setup of 2 mowers instead of 3, and see if I can maintain the same mowing efficiency or even increase it. I was ready to get mowing before, but now I am super stoked to get at it....I think 50% of my mowing time might have been walkbehind and pushmowing, so the Exmark should get a fair workout.
