Baekhyun,Chen and D.O are the main vocalists of the group and tbh this trio are one of the best vocalists in kpop.This is actually from their earlier years so think about how much they improved themselves 🔥😭

what i like about EXO's dynamic is they fit perfectly together, they all contribute something they only have in the group which is why exo is perfect as a group. their functions: main vocal, main dance, main rapper, even the leads, they really perform the role well. what do we expect from the 12 or 9 of the 12 that was picked from 120 trainees from SM. they are at the top of their game plus they still improve their skills as well. for example, if you watch how chen dance back in 2012 and compare it to that blooming days dance practice. he really improved so much! he's 150 times better. i swear. also chanyeol! he's even taking dance lessons and continuously improving his skils in producing music until the day that his dreams come true - that exo title song would be produced by him. i don't want to shut up yet. im so proud of EXO T_T sehun even built a practice room in his room. and went to acting school for his action drama. kai, still spends more time practicing alone just to sharpen his skills and dance moves. xiumin is having a phd in music, does activities as cbx and exo, and never missed an output, project or assignment. chen is having a masteral in music. suho improved his singing skill more ever since he started performing in musicals lay, is still a hardworking angel, but now he also pays attention to his health. he was so into working hard that in 3 days he only slept for 6 hours, just to practice and do his solo activities as well. he's now in the process of finishing his album which would probably be produced, written and sang by him yet again. DO is now crushing the acting industry and even raising the idol-actors category. idol-actors are usually seen as something bad by public bc they are always in dramas just because they are popular, and not for their skill. but in D.O's case, he has the public seeing him in movies and looking him up on the internet, just to discover he's an idol. his image as an actor is very different from his idol image. he's just that talented that he can really do well at both. he's very dedicated that if he can do something, he won't ask for a stunt double even though it's very dangerous. he's gonna take the 2nd half of 2018 by storm, actor do kyung soo will be on 2 movies and a drama.

To answer your question, they are not always perfect (I mean who is it?) but they are very talented and trustworthy, in that regard it is a given ------ You should check their Electric Kiss MV and dance practice, as well as Monster´s dance practice ---- and yeah they were really young back then and both had not even been training for long before debuting like the others, so you see, raw talent :D
