Coming back to this I realized the SM universe was created because of EXO.

Thanks for these wonderful videos. I've watched them twice and it helped me form some of my own theories. Now, I just wannna put this here before I forget about it. Most EXO-Ls theorize that when the three members of EXO departed, their powers were given to their counterparts. Like Luhan's Telekinesis was added to Kai's Teleportation, Tao's Time Control to Sehun's Wind, and Kris' Flight to Chanyeol's Fire. But then I remember somewhere that those cards in Power Era say that Baekhyun can see the future. What if Baekhyun's Light powers were combine with Time Control? I mean there's a theory in Science that if you travel in the speed of light, time seems to slow down around you but to others they feel time just as it is, or like you're speeding up and everything else seems frozen around you. Maybe Baekhyun projected light to the future time control and gathered information by what the light touches, basically giving him some sort of prophetic vision. Also Telekinesis and Teleportation fall under psychic abilities. Not only that but to use Telekinesis proficiently you need extreme levels of spatial awareness, maybe that's why even when Luhan is gone, [ because Luhan was some sort of anchor for Kai to travel into the dimension where EXO-M was ] Kai can now travel through different dimensions and combine that with time control he may even be able to time travel. Baekhyun and Kai are important to the storyline and it's kinda weird that they're the ones who benefit the most if given those extra powers. Also I have a kinda crazy power up for Baekhyun. Like he can control light right? What if he bends the light (refraction) and you know distort the light waves to make it seem like he's invisible? That'd be cool on spy missions and we all know see evidence of Baekhyun ebing a spy/double agent. As for Kris' Flight, it would fit well with Sehun or Chanyeol. Sehun's Wind powers plus Flight would give him more mobility, same goes to Chanyeol though I think he can make himself fly by just generating enough fire power to lift him off the ground. But honestly, I would rather give the Flight ability to Lay. Like look at Lay, he has healing abilities sure but he's defenseless in combat! One thing about magic-based combat/war, you must always protect the healers/mages that support you. If not you're either defeated or worse dead. Giving Lay Flight powers would give him the mobility to escape dire situations when he's in danger. For now this ends here. I'll probably come back here once another weird theory goes into my head.

THIS IS BRILLIANT! their concept is so mind blowing. when you mention that their super power not given randomly, suddenly Lay comes to my mind. his power is healing. imagine how many souls he would heal when he comeback with exo on stage?! i really wish it will happen this year!!!

i’d like to share some thoughts here because it’s all so interesting! > “space turned askew” this could also refer to the birth of parallel dimensions or universes in the storyline. this would explain why some mvs storylines like that of growl and wolf and love me right are mostly unrelated except for the little tidbits that connect them to the main story, very characteristic of a parallel world theory. “they travel apart into two worlds (but both on earth)”, “see the same sky but stand on different grounds, stand on the same ground but see different skies” sounds like a mirror dimension > i like to think luhan’s power goes beyond being able to move things with his mind. telekinesis falls under the umbrella of psychic power, so does telepathy. if it so happens, that could mean that luhan might be in constant contact with kai probably how kai is able to teleport into their world. also explains the sphere thing, luhan is always in tune with all the members. in this sense luhan and kai are the two responsible for getting them all together

It’s not part of the storyline but more of my own theory and my wishful imagination but. In the narration for ‘MAMA’. There are 12 forces: the members. Red force: some dark force. The twelve forces divide into: we are led to believe it’s EXO-M and EXO-K. But what if it just was Kris Luhan and Tao. What if Lee Soo Man and the members already talked about the path they wanna take in their careers beforehand and incorporated them going solo into their concept. The legends are United again: so will ot12 be back. Idk I’m just an emotional ot12/ot9 stan but since exol are supposed to play the role of the detective and the actual concept isn’t known to us. Maybe just maybe it might work

I wonder if maybe, for the Kai unlocking their powers/memories theory in Mama, Kai is the only one with his memory of all the members in tact, or is the first to recover his memory and thus remember how to teleport and uses it to find the others and catch them up to speed and remind them of who they are..maybe jog their memories enough to make them snap back quicker. That would explain why he seems aware of the other world and members there and is and unsurprised when he makes contact with some of them. I still don’t know why he went to Chen besides Luhan, but it might’ve just been by chance to show he has connection to that world too, if time is too pressed to show him contacting all 11 members individually along with all the other shots in the MV. Ooorrrr it could just be Kai knowing of the other world’s existence, since he’s the one with teleport powers and is likely the only one who can go between both, and is on the hunt for the other members to rally them together to “action” maybe alerting them that the red force is nearing, and make them aware of the other world, where their counterparts are, and that they need to use their powers to access them, since every time they use their power in the mv, it shows it somehow connecting or transcending into the other world and to their counterparts as a message and reminder that the groups in the other world are alive snd well and they need to be alert for the coming red force.
