Yes, Suho is the best leader ever. He has a lot of patience. He doesn't dictate but offers to listen to them. EXO respect and love Suho very much. They cried during the last concert as Suho was going to enlist soon after. Sehun usually rarely cries but he and Kai really cried during that last concert knowing Suho was going to enlist soon.

Suho is the best leader for EXOLs. During those times when 3 members left the group, he remained strong for the members. Imagine the weight on his shoulders after all those happenings, but he kept his members together. He is the pillar, the backbone of EXO. Look where they are now. They have surpassed all those hardships and remained strong together. Suho is a talented man, smart and witty. He is very passionate in everything he do. A considerate and respectable man. Suho is the type of leader who never impose on anything, not taking advantage of his position, but rather listens to his members before he do things. He does have a loooootttt of Patience in his body which I admire from him the most. The members just love to tease him, and he would just smile at them. You know he's such a great leader when members are that comfortable to do him so many antics. I'm glad he was able to do what he want to do now, bec ever since debut, he always takes care and put his member's need first before himself. As a pandemic L, I appreciate him more now as person after I learned about him being a great Leader. And I'm glad he is EXO's leader, uri Best Leadernim, Suho!

Beside that, suho really aware of his member whereabout when they are on crowd, like he made sure the members stay close to each other. Its like a teacher of kindergarten kids organize the kids when they do outside activities.. he is really the best for sure. When exo faced the 1st member leaving the group, that time he stood alone to receive the award of music bank or something similar and sang the encore alone while other members crying or feel down on the backstage because of the sudden news they've got. He is really tough to be the backbone of the group.

I think *all EXO members are very down to earth, considerate, well-mannered, and hard-working!!!* It's one of the reasons why I love and admire EXO so much! They're so true to themselves and they're very mature! They know what's right and wrong, and they always stand up to what they believe, and are *not afraid to call people out, even if it's their own fans, and also their own members!!!* They're so understanding and considerate, too! They're also always so humble, and never let their fame and success get into their heads! I never knew other groups like that before EXO. That's why they're my ultimate group... 😊

He really is such a mother to Exo😂 he’s so patient with the beagle line and doting on the babies of the group (Kai and Sehun). It’s so funny to watch him try to keep Exo under control and together. Just recently at the SM town concert he was seen collecting Xiumin constantly from NCT to join the rest of the group😂😂 Suho’s peace is coming to an end with Chanyeol coming back near the end of this month and Baek not far behind😂😂

A bunch of puppies is exactly how I imagine EXO around Suho, it's adorable. It means they all feel safe and secure with each other and that is the best compliment to a leader. And it is a heavy responsibility which I am sure the members are aware of and they love him even more for it. And I get the feeling that he is also deeply respected in his industry by all his colleagues and peers. It speaks volumes for the kind of person he is. I remember that Baekhyun once said that his favourite thing to do when he is happy is hug his members and tease Suho. hahahaha That's the love language :D

I’m glad that the person who made the video included the clip at 5:50 where Suho is holding KAI’s hand to console him. During this EXO LADDER 2 episode, KAI had lost several attempts to get food & KAI was going to starve & suffer while other members ate right in front of him. 🥺😣 When I saw this, I was so upset (angry & sad) that I literally cried 😭 feeling sorry for Jongin/KAI - who by the way, is ALWAYS on a diet.🙁 And then I cried even more, when I saw sweet Suho holding his hand, trying to make him feel better. 😭😭My heart melted! 🫠💕 At that instant, Su totally won my heart, respect & admiration. As much as the members love to jokingly complain that Suho is a bit much with things like calling regular family meetings, they've said they're really grateful for how he handles things as a leader. Like, if one member has an issue with another or SM, they go to Suho, who acts as mediation between~ He takes them aside privately and talks to them about their worries and concerns~~~

awww, thank you for this reaction. Suho is really the best leader, always looking after his chaotic members. But while it may seem that the members always gang up on him as seen on fans' compilation vids, they really look up to him and love him as much. Their last concert performance before the pandemic and prior to his enlistment has been very emotional. Chanyeol has prepared a special throwback vid containing clips from their rookie year, with the bg instrumental made also by Channie. One can clearly feel how the members cherish their leader. Ohh and yes I agree with you saying that they’re like bunch of puppies gathering around Suho. Like they feel safe when he’s around and can be themselves and do whatever coz they know he’s just there. FYI - I watched your reaction to the Korean and Mandarin versions of song. One of the reason that some reactors exclude the Mandarin version is because Mandarin versions ALWAYS gets blocked. I think another reason is that reactors see that the Korean versions get more views especially after EXO stopped releasing full Mandarin versions of their songs.

I remember something.... One time suho is a MC of a show and it's New Year and they're are waiting for 12mn and when 12 other group in the stage starts hugging and while he is together with other host exo ran to him greet him... But he noticed they're not complete he look for other members.... I forgot the name of the show 😅 but I think it's a award show

One of the best things about Suho is that he honestly wants to promote k-pop in general and not just EXO. That's why he often mentions other groups because it's not really a competition to him or EXO anymore. You should check out the KZfaq series where Suho, along with SuJu, SHINee, C.N.Blue and Infinite members promoted k-pop in India. It's hilarious because at the time of the series, almost nobody knew k-pop in India. LOL Personally, I love the fact that EXO now has more time to devote to personal projects in various fields and have more time to themselves with so called "less popularity" these days by the media and general public.
