I first discovered EXO through D.O’s It’s Okay That’s Love. I will never regret having him as my ultimate bias and EXO as my ultimate group. They never disappoint. Those vocals are out of this world and they always give 200%. They deserve more recognition. Love you boys

Exo improved so much over the years holy shit. All of their vocals are so stable and the fact they actually sing live makes me so proud. SM used to make Exo nearly lip sync all the time and if they performed with live vocals, people used to criticize them for being bad, unstable and breathy. But now nobody can deny their improvement and how good they all became! Chen and Baekhyun were always pretty stable, but now they are even better! Chens vocals could cut something, it's that clear! No one sounds that breathy, even in Love Shot despite performing Tempo before that. Exo put so much effort into honing their skills, it's amazing. Especially Sehun and Kai improved their dance lately so much and their vocals! "The talentless members" people used to say. Exo may not write their songs themselves (they composed some of their non title tracks tho, but non fans don't know that) but it doesn't mean they don't have talent and got just popular because of the "big 3 privilege" because Exo went literally through hell to become what they are now and get recognized by the public. Their hype may be over but they are still popular and successful. Their fans are not just these puberty teenager fangirls anymore, but more older ones and many are still loyal to them, but not the loudest on social media. Anyway Exo is still slaying after all these years and are getting even better!

i remember when i first joined the fandom, i constantly saw hate comments on the internet that exo are always lip syncing and if they didn't lip sync, the haters said that they can't sing live. as i have been an exo-l for almost 4 years, i can now say that i am incredibly proud of how much they have improved throughout their career. just watch this video. you can hear each member's voice so clearly and they sang it pretty much perfectly. it's getting to the point where the live almost sounds better than the audio. :D and take other groups from today's performer line up, there is barely any that can do that. i have also realized that exo is that one group whose performances are *always* done to the maximum. sometimes you watch other performances and you see that they might lack energy, synchronization, vocal stability... but exo makes each performance their best, leaving the viewers feeling content of their performance. i am honestly so proud that my idols, that *exo* are this amazing. i couldn't have asked for a better group to stan. ❤️❤️❤️ p.s. jongdae fcking *KILLED IT* today. wow.

To be honest I heard about BTS first than EXO. I didn't even know that EXO exist as I am new to kpop world. But after I got to know about them from one of Suho's reality show I am hook to them. I wanted to know more and more about them. I have been watching their videos, reality shows, dramas,etc and it's never ending now. Don't know why I just got attached to these crazy boys. They are so lovely and entertaining. I didn't feel interested in any other kpop boyband than these boys. A big regret that I got to know about them this late. They are going to enlist one by one untill 2025 and I have to wait for 5 years to see them performing together again which is a damn long years. But I'll wait for them how long they take time to come back. Hope my wish come true. Will always stan EXO. Love them so much.

But let's look again, that even non-kpopers know that the voices of EXO members are different from other idols, they have their own characteristics that will make you their fan. I wasnt a fan of kpop until 3 mons ago. I personally didnt like kpop because i have already judged them. I thought, no they cant sing, they only know how to dance or make cute poses etc. Although I know EXO and BTS because I hear their group name a lot. Then I saw clips and news about BTS coming to Ellen D. Show. So I got curious. I started to have expectations like maybe they are really very talented to be that pupular. So I started to watch their MV’s and listen to their songs.. but for some reason I just cant connect to their music and unfortunately I just cant feel anything and I kinda feel dissapointed. So I thought maybe I should get to know them. I watched other videos, stages, some concerts and variety shows, listened to their songs for like a month and the only song that really made an impact to me is Boy with Love. Then I gave UP. I thought maybe kpop is not for me. Just to be clear, I DONT HATE BTS and I AM NOT SAYING THEY GOT NO TALENT. I just cant connect to them and their music. And then there’s our lovely and adorable penguin Kyungsoo. 😊 He led me to EXO. I watched the drama 100 days my prince out of boredom. I started to admire him as an actor but I didnt know that he was the famous EXO’s D.O (I had no idea about how amazing his voice is). So I searched him up listened to his covers. And man, his voice. Wow. just wow. I felt like my eardrums was reborn. Lol. Since IM already hooked into his charms I started to listen to EXO songs. The first song I listened to was ‘WHAT IS LOVE’. I got blown away. That made a huge imapct to me. They were rookies havent even debuted when it was realeased if I am not mistaken. But wow. Their vocals were just amazing. I was in awe. Chen, Baekhyun, D.O.. I mean triple wow. I got so excited to see more of them. To get to know each of them. So listened more and they never dissapoint. It was always - AND STILL IS- mesmerizing to see their performances and to see different sides of them especially the EDM segment of their concert. Im literelly partying and dancing while watching it as if I am there. I mean, imagine partying with EXO who’s talent got no limits??? Priceless. Everything else follows. Their history, struggles, etc. that made me Love them even more. They changed how I think about Kpop. As an EXO-L, It doesnt matter to me now whose on top. Who wins the most awards who is more popular etc. Because theyve already proven themeselves. They are now a respected and treasured artsist who made history. All groups have history and struggles. All have dreams and passions. But at the end of the day music isnt about popularity. At some point it will pass. And some will get their chance to shine. What matters is How they touched your lives and how they impacted you to live a happier life. As EXO grows, I hope they create music because it makes them happy and because they want to give back Love to the people who actually sees them and loves them. Their happiness and well being is the most important. I hope we also continue to look back where they came from and respect the pioneers who started to make Kpop known to the world ( SUJU, Bigbang etc.) no matter how big their contribution is. And remember Xiumin gives us beautiful snows when we are lonely, Suho gives water to give us strength, Lay heals our soul, Baekhyun lights up our darkest days, Chen sends beautiful sparks up in the sky, Chanyeol warms us when it gets cold, D.O. fights our worries away. I don't feel like people give Suho the credit he deserves. A stunning visual, strong stable vocalist with soft smooth vocals, not the best and most natural dancer but he always tries to keep up with everyone and does his very best each time you can tell, a strong presence, an amazing leader and I feel like without him EXO wouldn't be where they are right now what with everything they've gone through, not to mention that he's also an actor and I'm pretty sure I've seen him doing musicals as well, everyone loves him everyone always flocks to him at award shows (I see it all the time).. just think he needs to be loved and appreciated more by his own fandom and by non-stans, he's not my bias in EXO but he's definitely a bias wrecker and a huge sweetheart :)
