Because they're wearing mics that are on~~~ They can't get in the water without taking the mics off first; so the mics don't break and they don't get electrocuted. They have a few stages where they get in the water, but the stage usually goes dark for a few seconds to give them time to get their mics off or the members that are about to dance in the water step to the side towards the end of the song to take their mics off. So, any song they got in the water for would be towards the end of a section, to let them go backstage afterwards, dry off, change clothes, and put their mic back on^.^ (The inner dry section also helped if a member couldn't get their mic off in time; they'd simply stay dry by standing on the inside of the stage~) EXO won an award for this tour~ The stage, the costumes, the setlist- EVERYTHING was so well thought out by their concert team!!!

Its been awhile long since watched those performances when they first posted it, during that I was still in school and I was go close to getting the tickets only to have them literally sell out as I was processing the payment and I was do depressed for the rest of that year as well as dealing with allot mentally like that wouldve been my first ever in person concert experience of EXO and greedy fans especially darn locals had to go take it from me.
