Exodus blows away anything the "Big 4" of thrash have done since the 80's. Their modern stuff is some of the most brutal material they've wrote. This whole album is a modern thrash metal masterpiece... Check out their albums with Rob Dukes on vocals too. The song you mentioned at the beginning of the video has Rob on it.

The big force behind Exodus is Tom freaking Hunting. For my money, he's the best classic thrash drummer along with Charlie B.

Steve "Zetro" Souza is the singer in this one. He's a huge AC/DC fan, and takes a lot of vocal inspiration from Bon Scott. He also fronts an AC/DC tribute band called AC/DZ. Exodus has also done some kickass AC/DC covers.

@@TheRealMediaMan I wish I knew, lol. It is. The riffs around like 3:00 are excellent and more people should hear them. I think Exodus is just not very popular.

@@LudusAurea this is an ongoing issue I have as a very very small content creator. I am annoyed with most viewers. So many outstanding bands and killer songs....but no one wants to watch those. King diamond will get... 20 or 30 views, halford "fetish" gets... maybe 45 views.... But if I add to the list of "reactors" and do another goddamn reaction to Slipknot "spit it out" or more endless Nightwish Floor videos they will get thousands of views. People dont seem to actually want to explore music and discover new things. They want "what's popular" and regurgitate the same shit over and over again.

@@TheRealMediaMan Yea I've noticed how when one "reaction" channel does a song, 85 more follow suit and they all seem to do the same songs to ride the wave, but when people do things outside of that set of songs they don't get a lot of views.

Not sure if Google told you Kirk Hammett was the guitar player for Exodus before replacing Mustaine after he was booted from Metallica. The other OG guitarist played in Slayer after Jeff Hanneman passed away. Yes,multiple vocalists but I was introduced to them with the guy in this video,Paul Baloff. Shovel Headed Kill Machine also a pretty impressive album title🤣🤣 One of the most consistent sounding thrash bands ever. You've got great taste man!!🍻

They had 3 singers Paul Baloff ( rip) Steve Souza , who you just watched, than Rob Dukes who was on The Atrocity Exhibition and 2 other records ( Shovel headed killing machine and The Human Condition Exhibit B ) all 3 of dukes records are fuckin killer ....they brought back steve souza after firing Dukes .

"Intense as hell" that's basically thrash metal. It does get a bit too much for me at times, but once in a while it's good to listen to something different.
