Seemingly without any Smogon-clauses, because Moody and multiple pokemon with the same national dex number are banned as well. Wich I don't really understand, why anyone would do that, except if he wants to find opponents like hoaxas.

Never question the capacity for ignorance or single-minded stubbornness of Showdown players. Remember, we live in a world where people try to force Assault Vests on the opposition using Trick...or make teams without any priority or zoning...or can't understand how their team of ubers lose to Shedinja and claim the person is hacking.

Spore Smeargle is such an extremely common tactic that it always confuses me when I see someone not have any counter to it. When I was more active I felt like I ran into spore smeargle like every other match somedays.

I just found a guy recently with three Smeargles. The first one was the usual SubSpore lead, but with Ingrain. The second one was the Shell Smash/buffer one, with the glorious gimmick of Shadow Thief. And the third one was the attacker. Even having 4 Pokemon with Taunt, that thing was unbeatable.

Why doesn't almost anyone use stat boost/lowering moves? You just sit there and get more powerful while they use the same move over and over again despite it doing less and less damage. And even when they do, they have no status-clearing abilities or held items.

I there are multiple ways to get around it. Moves that forces a switch, taunt, haze and the like kinda makes the strat drop dead in the water. Tempt most likely had a very high amount of battles, and of course only shows us the ones that went well, so it's a biased POV

you should try a snorlax sweep with this set: item: silk scarf moves: belly drum, rest, snore, last resort you can take out rest and snore i only have those there to get the belly drum hp back, and it adds a lot of time til you can use last resort

Hey YT comments, I need advice on this strat I came up with. It’s for Gen 7 Doubles OU. Basically, you need a water-ground type (preferably a strong one) and either a Stantler or a Girafarig. You can add whatever other pokemon you’d like to the team. Why a Stantler or a Girafarig specifically? Because they’re the only two pokemon that have: a) The ability Sap Sipper (Grass-Type Move Immunity) b) The move Skill Swap, which swaps the abilities of the user and the target. I’m sure you can tell where this is going. Basically, by giving a water-ground type pokemon the ability Sap Sipper, you can effectively create a pokemon with no weaknesses. This could also work for other type-immunity abilities, such as levitate, lightning rod, water absorb, or flame body, but idk which pokemon with the move Skill Swap can even have those abilities. Lemme know if this could work or not. Thx :)

That doesnt make the pokemon invincible. Swampert can still be crippled by freeze dry, although its not that common as well as being double targeted.
