I have a question to people that went through protocol or have the knowledge in regards #2. Doesn't Fr. Riperger says to pray this prayer ONLY if your parish priest thinks you are strong enough morally and physically to do so? Otherwise demons might get furious and turn your life upside-down. On their website it says if you pray it, it is as if you joined.

How do you get past the obvious hypocrisy though? Do you just ignore it and pretend it's not there, or do you falsely justify that it's something other than what it is, or is there something else that keeps you going?

Try The Rosary Prayer. Ask the Virgin Mother Mary to pray it with you! I get comfortable in bed. Like I’m ready to sleep! With lights out and Start! I count on my fingers and get as far as she takes me, until I’m a sleep. Could be a decade or two or three. Then I continue wherever I think we were, when I awake until done! I also wear earplugs to Block out all buzzing sound! It’s good for moms especially boys who play noisy. Your patience can last longer. There is a lot of buzzing swishing sound you live with, that you don’t even think of. It really wears you out! You can still hear what people are saying, in normal talking voices! I wore Daily earplugs! I can say over 30 years. Invest and try different kinds until you find the ones that are comfortable and fit your purpose for blocking out unnecessary sound. Also great for trips on subways and airplanes! Anywhere in public where there is swishing disturbing noice, like in Malls. A blessing for super sensitive people. We were made for natural sounds. Father's advice here is better to be taken as a general rule of encouragement rather than a strict interpretation. The true meaning of what he said is to have a set prayer schedule and follow it.

I think these things are for people who are not in your situation. Being awake and able to care for a little kids is your primary vocation. Doing that well brings tremendous holiness.

Yeah, a lot of his advice was general. The essence of the advice is better than the strict interpretation.

When our kids were little I would genuflect each time they woke me up, and again when going back to bed, and while I genuflected offer my heart to God with thanksgiving... in the morning I would feel rested and even amazed by God’s loving help. Also, every day after lunch I would pray a Rosary in my bed while the little ones settled for a nap. The older kids could read or pray during this “ quiet time”. Twenty minutes is enough if you’re not sick. The idea of uninterrupted sleep can become a temptation if we let it.

As for moms of newborns, obviously we have to sleep whenever we can during our own convalescence.

We have to be good forever, with God’s help. Otherwise, we fall into sin and hell. The four things he mentioned are just a basic minimum structure for a healthy soul. The devil will keep trying to trick us or scare us until we are safely in Heaven. The more we are united to Christ, the more His Grace will console us and comfort us and encourage us. It is not biblical and it is not of God! The “Hail Mary” prayer and “Hail Holy Queen” prayer cannot be found in the Bible. In fact, parts of the prayers are not only unbiblical; they are absolutely heretical!!

As soon as you make a sincere act of Contrition, with the firm decision to go to Confession as early as possible, then you are no longer “ in the state of mortal sin”. Millions of “dollars” in debt, but not hell bound. I would pray like the dickens until I got to Confession. And like a grateful child, afterwards.

The Lord's Prayer when taken seriously in contemplation leads us to illumination after illumination. The Lords Prayer was ingeniously constructed. Apology and Forgiveness carry the energy that leads us to Purge our sins, Illuminates us, and leads us to what is called in the branch of Theology, called Mystical Theology, Divine Union or Enlightenment.
