You just described a life cycle of a human being. Mostly confused in life, lack of focus, all over the place, low confidence, falls sick from time to time, mental stress, sleep issues, financial instability, loneliness, break in education etc. the only thing I heard that makes one horrible is Narcissist everything else most everyone has one time or other in different part of their life journey.

Life was not yet ready to come. Dr. did cesarean, I like a goat got it done😢. God help , show mercy 🙏🏽ಓಂ ನಮಃ ಶಿವಾಯ🙏🏽 ....🙏🏽

i have seen people's charts who fall sick often because of a weak and afflicted lagna lord. in shadbala if you have a low lagna lord score you are prone to health issues, or lack of confidence something like that.
