Sir , By calculating the thickness of screw guage if we get zero error as positive error , do we need to add or subtract the positive error in CR??

No.... Depression should be in positive. Because, naama each time Wight add panna add panna depression athigama aagum. So, big value - small value = postive value W - (W+50) = +ve value (W+50) - (W+100) = +ve value ... .. Like this.. this is for Non-Uniform Bending method.
