I am Irish and have been very lucky to have traveled all over the world including all of Europe, China, Russia, South Africa, United States, the Middle East, Malaysia and many other counties. I have never been to a place like Cuba. The country is fantastic and the people are the most incredible and friendliest people I have ever met. They say us Irish are friendly, but to me the Cuban people take top spot. Long live Cuba. My heart is still there.

Cuba is a unique experience everyone need to experience. We were blessed to be able to stay in a local casa in havana overlooking the el malecon. We communicate and navigate among the Cuban streets for our daily needs. Truly an amazing experience in a beautiful city.

Just came from Cuba two days ago and BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY . I cannot wait to go back. One thing I must say to everybody who wants to visit if you aren't patient that country isn't for you because the food takes time to be prepared at restaurants.

@npgSymboL went there almost a year ago for 18 days. Rented a car, stayed with locals, travelled the majority of the island. I loved it and it felt super safe. There are scams around (like in every other country), but that was the only crime I really saw. Locals were mostly great and police were more helpful than expected. From the UK btw. Girlfriend is from Spain which helped a lot with language barrier. I'm definitely going back there and would recommend a visit to anyone.

I don’t care if I’m American and it’s Cub we’re talking about. Cuba is a breathtaking place with amazing cuisine, sights, people and nature. I have several friends from Cuba, and both they and their families were some of the most open and nicest people of all. I’m a traveler and Cuba has been on my bucket list for some time now, but I hope I’ll have some time to spare within the year so I can visit this paradise.

This is pure videography paired with a naive voice-over admiring the absence of things that people in Cuba wish they had. I understand the desire to disconnect, but it is very different when that is by choice. Yes the people of Cuba are great warm people (I am one of them). This video, however, woos you with a picture that is skewed to a degree that it omits the harsh reality of Cuban life. A simple example: where are the lines of people waiting to get low quality overpriced meat after it not being available for 2 months? I can go on.
