Yeah it’s a decent vehicle, I’m glad they’ve added it in the condition it’s in, it’s nice to have a slightly quicker upgraded vehicle, and as it can’t carry much, it doesn’t really break the game in any way 👍🏻

Yeah I’m glad it’s like that. This vehicle is worth it really for the right price. It’s good at demonstrating the feel of the game they were going for. True I would rather a physical copy too 👍🏻

Yeah it’s definitely a bit different, I just return to headquarters and start over when I’m running low lol. I’ll plan better in the future, but for now I’ve just been messing around and testing things. I’ve found farming those airdrops to be the quickest. With the female manager, those anchors make £8k per one 👍🏻

Can’t remember the name of it, but there is a base module that costs 10k and has a lot of fuel and repair parts, plus the specialist that boost base quantities is usually enough to last quite a while. Haven’t unlocked it yet, but I feel like spawning a dedicated fuel truck might be the play too

Also, I had this truck as soon as I got the game a few days before “launch” on pc with the middle (price) version

I just like the faster pace and don’t really mind the fuel costs. I may pay a bit more attention to it, further into the game. But so far I’ve just been testing things and then recovering etc, so the fuel usage really hasn’t been an issues for me yet

@@itsmrlonewolf In auto AWD off toad you'll spend most of the time in first gear with wheels spinning & often with one wheel drive using Low+ 2WD most of the time is a lot faster than using auto on rough terrain as by one click diff lock engaged & both sides of vehicle have equal traction. My AWD usage is at most 5%, diff lock 30%, even crossing rivers/swamps/mud i rarely need AWD & then it's usually just for a second or two to get a front wheel over a rock

Yeah at least they’ve finally added it. Shame it wasn’t on day 1 as it would have helped set a better first impression, but it’s here now and it’s actually pretty decent 👍🏻

Yeah in amongst a whole heap of annoying menu designs etc, there’s a very good, authentic off roading game, so far though it does feel a bit repetitive. I don’t mind too much right now as I’m still exploring etc, but I hope there’s a bit more life on the later maps. Yeah that canyon thing feels really good. I’m glad it has plenty of upgrades. It’s a good demo of what the game should feel like. Lol the god damn horse has already been amazing on this game for me, but to be fair it does feel stock (slow) right now. It’s actually the gearbox killing it, it’s doing the thing where it forces you into 1st, which is a slow gear. Once he’s got a top engine etc, it should be the full fat loaf 👍🏻🐎🍞

@@itsmrlonewolf right?? i've always loved the loaf but that's kinda the killer for me rn. i used the highrange gearbox just to keep some sort of pace and even that is very slow. the loaf in snowrunner feels pretty good as far as pulling power and towing is concerned. that's what i like about the canyon though, it flies if it can keep traction though it is a little squirly at speed lol. still 🐎 for life though, he's a real og

Thanks for the info dude I’ll check it out and test it 👍🏻. There’s quite a few quirky ways of making money in this game lol, personally I don’t mind as I like the free easy money. It’s only a matter of farming a mission etc. so it’s inevitable we’ll all be rich eventually, may as well be now lol 👍🏻. I’ve not quite narrowed it down yet but there’s some bug on the loaf too, I’m sure I sold all of its stock stuff when I upgraded it, then later it was all purchased again, so I sold it all. Same with another truck, just trying to work out what causes that 👍🏻

​@@itsmrlonewolf there are certainly things that need to be fixed rather quickly. I've had bugged missions where it'd lock down my screen. Also, Heavy Load mission is a flaming pile of rubbish that will do nothing but elevate your blood pressure. Have 999 on speed dial.

@@norske_ow3440 does the radar actually open up the map like in Snowrunner? If so, that'd be fantastic! I kinda rage quit the game due to getting stuck and nothing helping free my truck. I tried for 20 minutes lol.

@@kennethruss223yes it does. It takes 20L of fuel each time and unlocks everything in a big circle, even upgrades. It does make the truck VERY top heavy though. But very worth it. For the mission, I figured out it helps a lot to have two trucks loaded with fuel to help each other till you reach the stuck truck, although the Step can be a royal pain with how much the bumper snags

Yeah same here I think that was a mistake to make the controls so different, I’ll be playing snowrunner again soon and I know it’ll mess me up when I do

@@itsmrlonewolf it’s frustrating because snowrunner has a very good control scheme. They tried to get fancy and it was unnecessary.

I’m on the ps4 but yeah I know what you mean with the trees etc taking a while to render. Personally it doesn’t bother me but they definitely need to fix it on principle lol. Yeah it was a major cock up making it such a different control scheme, there was no need to. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone say the controls on snowrunner are bad, so there was no need to mess with them. Lots of people have said the same so I’ve got a feeling they might try and figure that out, whether that’s 2 months, or 2 years away though, who knows?
