as a dentist I can tell you guys based on my knowledge that fluoride is very important for our teeth nad our body. Fluoride is just added in toothpaste, your drinking water and in some countries even in salt. It is naturally present in milk, blacktea, shell fishes and like every other micronutrient you must consume it on aregular basis. It actually makes your teeth and bones strong.

For grey hair Akshay, instead of chemical dyes (which will eventually make all your hair grey), use Henna + Indigo mixture. It gives you black hair and it's relatively safer x

Hyy, bro my hair r turning into greyish n I'm just 20yo guy. I'm not using any chemical or dryer kinda thing. I just use shampoo n conditioner n never touched any gel,wax or other chemicals . I did everything bt they r increasing day by day. It's not a genetics issue . even in my family everyone has black hairs. I'm only one who have greyish hair. How can I deal with it do you know?

hey, akshay firstly i love your work and ok tested content...recently i have been to kerela and everybody known kerela is famous for all the masalass and natural thing, i am in my mid 20s and i have also the white hair problem, so when i was in kerala i visit one organic farm where everything is natural they have there own farming of everything so i brought hair oil and shampoo i have been using this product last 2 month and i can see the changes in my hair they are automaticaly going black new hair its it working totally it is very natural ...they dont have the online apperence but they can send the product those who have already brought product i have the card hail oil is around 1700 and shampoo 770 its totally worth it trust me

As a dentist I would love to clarify that fluoride in optimum amount is actually good for the teeth. Obviously it's excess can cause complications but the toothpaste has only the required amount. Secondly the amount of toothpaste that they have put on their toothbrush is way too much...just pea sized amount is enough. Thirdly... Love ur videos ok tested ❤

As a dentist I don't recommend Dabur red toothpaste as many ppl complaint to bleeding gums. I hope it is helpful to those avoid using that paste
