Palm Beach Gardens, Florida’s intracoastal features some of the finest expensive homes, yachts, boats, and water facing restaurants in the south florida region. The bridge in the video is that of the infamous PGA National road. And, near it you’ll see restaurants such as Bricktops, Seasons 52, and Waterway Café.

@@SlovenianGirlAbroad I really don't know the true answer but it would probably depend on which part of the US. Florida is a more transient area so most people don't stay in the same location long. There is a good mix of renters and owners here.

you know, its easy to see why this has over 22K in views,, its an excellent subject , you really are very good and the flying smooth and editing,, I love the shot :54 the 2 big yachts and the ending view I could have looked at for an hour,,, very nice, I like the transitions you used too

Yes, I think they both were have a good time drinking and smoking . That is a nice area and generally all the water front property is a high premium.
