Abuja is a planned city, it was picked to be the capital of Nigeria in 1976, but construction was slow and expensive, obstructed also by the deeply entrenched corruption in the country.
Located in the city, in the Three Arms Zone, is the Presidential Complex, it consists of the "State House" and "The Aso Rock Presidential Villa", the palatial residence of the president, the National Assembly, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria, as well as several other federal buildings.

Lol no, Philippines country side is shit. I agree the Philippines as more skyscrapers than Nigeria. Nigeria is not working towards building skyscrapers like many countries around the world.

Abuja is not even 50% completed that's why it looks empty... bcos 50% of the region carved as FCT is not yet touched.
