The Arizona Trail AZT Thru Hike was an unforgettable experience, meeting extraordinary hikers, generous trail angels, a incredibly beautiful nature that goes from low elevation in desert environments to high elevations where pines are kings, there is a great diversity of vegetation and animal species and insects.
One of my top backpacking trip I’ve ever done. The Arizona Trail was an incredible hiking adventure.
I share with you a short montage that summarizes the highlights of the AZT, which allows you to have a good idea of what you will see, hoping that it gives you the taste to do it in section or in full
I've started on March 6th to finish it on April 19th
Depending on your pace, the AZT will require around six to eight weeks to complete, a total distance of around 800 miles.

Your whole series of AZT videos is such a beautiful representation of my home state. Artful, thoughtful, inspiring. Stunning. I recognized many points throughout the series, but also am in awe of the many places I've never seen despite living here my entire life. I'll be thru-hiking next year and have watched all 8 videos several times through in anticipation. Thank you for making them and congratulations for completing the trail during a very challenging year.

Thanks, I appreciate it! I’ve done the trail NoBo. I heard the ideal time to hike the Arizona trail SoBo is October-November and the only downfall for SoBO is that water sources can be dried up during the late summer and early fall.
