Experienced Excavator Operator Loading And Unloading Excavator. In the presented video we can clearly see that the JCB excavator is Getting unloaded from the truck. Driver's Cabin Lifted Up while JCB Excavator was Getting Loaded in a Big Truck. It is very astonishing to find the scene in which any heavy equipment is getting loaded in a big truck. In the presented video, I have attempted to present the view of a heavy machine i.e jcb excavator getting loaded in a truck.
While the jcb excavator was loading the jcb excavator, the driver’s cabin lifted up very high as if the driver's cabin is about fly in the sky and the scene really mesmerizes all of us. The operator of the excavator seems very skillful, otherwise slight mistake could invite a fatal accident. Slight imbalance while loading the excavator could enough for life hack of the operator. And this is why the US has OSHA, weight limits on vehicles, DOT and proper loading procedures for such equipment. This is unsafe in all aspects. Just because it can be done doesn’t mean it should be. That machine is way to heavy for that truck.

No problem...it's a basic operation if you don't have a drop or goose neck..any op worth his salt can-do it...I would be more worried about the electrical overhead power lines...and he lifted way to much..needs a bit more track on the bed first to help counter ballance..could have chosen a better spot to make it less risky

it amazes me, people can buy a tracked excavator.but cant buy a proper truck or trailer to move it from site to site.they usually roll it 50 times.they spend more repairing damage than buying a proper vehicle to move it.putting this excavator on a ten wheel truck is retardation in action.you know damn well that truck is GROSSLY overloaded.probably takes a mile to get it stopped in a hurry, if needed.

That excavator looks to be a 20 or even 30 tonner. That truck can legally carry 16 at best.

The second person standing on the backhoe is a no no .These types of operations it's safest to keep the cabin door closed while wearing seatbelt .

While that is impressive and it does take a great deal of skill what it truly shows is the lack of proper equipment and safety the enormous amount of stress being inflicted upon that truck frame and axles makes it completely unsafe drive much less to transport that machine

Safety First ..! The guy on the flat bed should not be on there while loading the Excavator and the people nearby including a young boy should stand farther out from the truck. Accidents do happen.! And surely this is not in America, OSHA would be rite on site and Insurance company has strong reason not to cover if anything happens.

Not only is he putting his equipment at risk. Endangering the public transporting it on a vehicle not equipped too do so. And why is that person standing in the door of that piece of equipment while unloading. This tells me this operator has a total disregard for the safety of others. And should never operate a piece of equipment larger than a hand shovel.

These are just freaking idiots. Before you load anything heavy haul on your rig, the number one thing is to find out the GVW. If the weight of the heavy haul exceeds the GVW of the rig, then you must anticipate balancing and stability problems. This is why heavy hauls are shipped in lowboy trailers, because if you set them up too high, they will cause a roll over because the center of gravity is too high. Anyways Rookie Mistake!! Now it’s time to Pay For the Experience
