No... Lime water means calcium hydroxide. CO2 gas reacted with Ca(OH)2 to form CaCO3. Due to the formation of Calcium carbonate lime water turns in to milky white. So we recognized that the released gad is CO2.

This is aerobic respiration activity. Oxygen already present in the bottle. Justb to prove co2 is libarated during respiration we closed the bottle. If we do not close the bottle co2 released into atmosphere.
