Very interesting, thanks Caroline! Mine is from the Range as it happens, The one that warped may have been from another source? And yes, the iron is the way to go! Don't get a naked flame anywhere near the Isopropyl Alcohol, or there will be a big whoosh!

Nope, that foamboard was bought at Range.

@@Caroline_Tyler Yes, I thought it looked the same. My parachute man just arrived, I can start thinking about how I'm going to drop him (or her). Quite enjoying this little project.

Interesting - i never thought about an iron, it seems to work great. Are you taking the paper off purely as a weight saving tactic, or are there other reasons?

Weight and also if you remove the covering from one side the foamboard can be curved easily, good for making built up wings look smooth, curved fuse's etc.
