Health officials have warned doctors to look out for dengue cases - a mosquito-borne disease that can cause fever, vomiting, muscle aches, joint and bone pain, and low white blood cell counts. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said it has seen a spike in cases among U.S. travelers this year and has tracked several cases along the East Coast.
