My pathing on Xbox won’t let me make stairs. Every time I hold x, it automatically disconnects from the path I’m working on and things I’m trying to make my own path. Is there a setting I need to fix?

Same,not for every park and not the whole time but few items are sometimes not possible to rotate in advanced Mode...

in the options turn on curved barrier and then toggle curvature :)
