I also invested in the Australian Stock market for a decade in the nineties and it was always the expensively valued companies like Macquarie Bank and Westfield Shopping that multiplied in price whilst low P/E stocks prices went even lower.

The problem here those 12 companies what Saurabh mentioned is known to all common retail investors, why would we pay that extra 2% fee for the publicly known companies?

His funds are totally underperforming and he's a total camellion someday he presents a company like it's going to dominate the World and next day you hear he's exited silently also he doesn't care about valuations and buys extremely overvalued business thus when profits rises the stocks still doesn't give any return because of the valuation. Check his funds performance it's extremely poor and there are many better people than him Samit Vartak being one of them
