देश की चीनी मिलें सरकारी और निजी दोनों ही किसानों से गन्ना खरीदती हैं उनकी पेमेंट 2 साल 3 साल बाद देती है उन पर भी ये कानून लगा दो की मिले किसानों को 45 दिन के अंदर पेमेंट कर देंगी

Solution Should apply this rule gradually (not immediately) As First Allow 120 days payment terms till the purchases of upto 15th Feb 24 2nd Allow 90 days Payment Terms till purchases of upto 30th June 24 3rd 75 days till purchases of upto 30th Sep 24 4th 60 days till purchases of upto 31st Dec 24 Finally 45 days till purchases of upto 31st March 25

This law is made to double the gst income of govt. Say your capital is 10 lacs and you are getting payment at 90 days, so you can make only 4 invoices in a year and give GST to govt for 4 invoices. Now with this law, you will getting paid on 45 days so, you can make 8 invoices in a year and govt will get double GST from you every year. Your revenue cycle will be 8 but if market demand is not there, your double production may not sell and you may have to sell at low price. Material inflation will increase, but price won’t come down. This law is to show 5 trillion economy by increasing turnover through controlling payment cycles by 45 days, interest expenses will be reduced in cc-od cases. Sales people will be harassed a lot due doubled production targets. Stock will increase, under value invoicing may increase, cash transactions will be more, black money will increase, corporates may acquire msmes or may do msmes jobs inhouse. Whatever they can do, will do, but will never pay 30% income tax.

Boss 1 year Se payment baki rehta he ye sahe he. Jo time 6 deta he ushe koy problems nahe he. Manufacturer ko gharme 500 ki not Bena ne ki machines nay he yeshko payment taime se milegha to Naya banegha. Jeb me 10 rupiya he or bisness 1000 ka kerte he unko problems he . 10 rupie he to 20 ka bisness kare koy problems nay he.

@expertcasachin they may avoid for the time being, but if small entrepreneurs surrender their MSME numbers, then no one can save them from the vicious circle of late payments. 100% small enterpreneurs should get registered in MSME. Big businessmen are delaying payments of small entrepreneurs and using their money for buying luxuries and properties.

Chor dukandaar jinko maal udhaari pe chaiye lekin udhari waqt pe nahi chukani aisi dukaane band honi hi chaiye. Waqt pe idhari ka paisa na dekar manufacturer aur wholeseller k paiso pe kitne din dhandha karoge. Bht zaroori kayda hai ye waqt 45 days diya hai wo kam hai 120 days dena chaiye tha, lekin ye kanoon ki sakt zaroorat thi.

If govt want to help micro , small,medium then they should make rules such away that no one loose his business . In this situation most small & micro ind loose their business unless they have monopoly in their busineas or they will setup new firm as trading unit . Govt should make rules any one below approx below 20cr turn comes under msme whether they may be manuf or trader and they have to make agreement or fix in invoice payment terms from 15 days to max 120 days. And if buyer fails to make payment within agreement period they will stop allow to take itc of amount equal to invoice amout given by supplier and give same amount to supplier by taking/ deducting 1% to 3% as additional gst tax 😂 so govt also get some cheese from same

Your clarification is not correct. As the law does not say msme (registered) Rather it says msme hence all manufacturers are covered. It is made to help traders so that they purchase and make profit and sell
