They have slowly been putting this out there the last couple years, manipulating & preparing us for illegal immigrant intake…..sanctuary state. Hope I’m wrong.

Car insurance and taxes. I can't deal with it in Michigan I have to go. I can't imagine anyone wanting to come here for the same reason!

Just away to screw it up even more. We need jobs but Michigan misses the boat. Never invest in its residents. We only value cars that going to end Michigan. Growth and innovation is the answer.

Car insurance and the overall cost of living is way too much in metro Detroit and throughout Michigan. I've been wanting to move out of metro Detroit, but my mother wants to stay here because all her friends live here. Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky are cheaper options for lots of people currently living in metro Detroit.

can't blame em. we got a public ivy university, the big 3, access to canada, all this natural beauty - so much stuff that most other struggling states would kill for. yet still, michigan totally drops the ball when it comes to development and quality of life. like why would our most qualified young adults want to put up with the snow, stupidly high auto insurance and property taxes, rent approaching the 2000s range, etc when they can go to a warm city with more job opportunities paying maybe 1.3x the salary, and more people/local businesses to enjoy? the value proposition just aint there.

I'm a little confused. Thousands of people moved to Florida because of all the beaches but here in Michigan we have hundreds of miles of shoreline. Why isnt the same Trend Happening Here

when your goal is to price out the poor the money leaves and you're stuck with the poor, see how that works Michigan.
