There's no precise method of spotting a liar. First off, you should make sure if whether a person has depression or not. #8. Repeating the question. People who suffer from depression can't concentrate on any question. And they may ask you to repeat cuz they can't fkn hear a damn thing or some certain parts of your question. #7. Forgetting their story. In Portugal, there is the proverb "A mentiroso, a boa memoria" which translates as "A good liar should have a good memory" that totally contradicts this statement. Bonus: Liars even focus on the details of the story they made up. #6. Throat clearing. I'm not sure about this. I don't remember if I cleared my throat when I lied to someone. It may happen when you're playing along with someone to give a heads-up that you're in at deceiving a child. #5. Sweating. Make sure if a person is healthy. Cuz I know a girl who suffer from excessive perspiration. Her armpits smell like a rotten meat, even though she don't lie. #4. Body language. There are people who have a super control of their body language (particularly, psychopaths and sociopaths). Again it depends on personality. People are different! Liars may act like innocent, and vice versa, nonliars may look like liars. #3. Difficulty with speaking. People, that aren't some kinds of orators, can have problems with their non-rich glossary in such things. I'm talking about people who are not good at words. If they had depression for years and were isolated in their houses breaking contacts with everyone, they can have troubles with communication. In my case, I got hit by a motorbike and I had a long-term amnesia afterwards. I forgot my native language! But was good at the second one as before. My dictionary was poor so much, that I forgot translations of many words. The only stuff I knew were translations of water, to sleep and main pronouns in my native language. Also I had to gesture with my hand moving it towards my mouth as a spoon to say "I wanna eat". #2. Pausing before answering. I hate repeating this over and over again. What if a person who suffer from depression is processing your question because he/she can't fkn focus on your question? Or maybe he/she is recalling that exact moment? #1. Eye movement. From my experience, I still remember those "innocent" eyes of that bitch (my "frenemy") staring at me without blinking when she had been lying to me. Given the fact, she was convincing AF despite she was fugly. All I am saying, be aware of manipulators. They can be charming (good at words, at saying the right words at the right time and etc). Fugly individuals are not the ones who you can trust let alone if they are women (most of them are not able to be good friends). Their face says itself. They feel jealousy of you and do everything to not let you one-up them. Life is a Konkurrenz. I'm a girl. I know. I know what you are thinking. Of course, there are women out there who have no evil intentions. Once again, people are different on their own ways.

I would honestly say that I would tell that they're lying is by their tone of voice, if they are getting louder or quieter than normal, and fidgeting more than usual, and avoiding to look at you.

It does not matter if a good liar gets away with his/her lies because a lie is a sin, even a white lie. Honesty is the best policy.

If you are making the claim that everyone is going to Hell, then why did God create Heaven as he He says it is a reward for those who follow Him?
