Wonder what the real number is, cause that shows little more then half the people with meter boxes are actually paying the rest are not. But what about the people contacted without meter boxes

Load reduction in JB Marks is only in two sections and are highly charged for rates . Mohadin and Promosa are not only sections with illegal connections at squatter camps,the whole sections have this illegal connections but only two are punished,why
