Moving from one hold to another is what chain wrestling is all about. Finding a better position is the goal. Look aggressive and don’t let go of your stuff.
Check out some of the greats for this Jon Cortez, Jonathan Gresham and Zack Sabre Jr

My jaw dropped at that last bit, will definitely be using that! I feel like I was spoiled becoming a wrestling fan in 2003/04, 'cos I got to watch all these guys like Angle, Regal, Lance Storm, Benoit, Christian etc. who would all use stuff like that, and as you say, it's not so common anymore. Makes me glad for guys like Timothy Thatcher, yourself, Zack Sabre Jr etc

A great list of guys to be in the same post as. To each their own when it comes to style. I learned early on if I wanted to be taken serious I would have to take the job serous.

This is why i love guys like you, John Gresham, Mike Bailey, Zack Sabre Jr, Bryan Danielson, and Claudio Castagnoli. Ya'll can legit tie people in a knot and make it look real. And don't have to rely on this flippy shit where everybody is slapping the knee.
