We want our kids to understand the word Gay and explain what this word means to us. This word describes their two dads, and we want to ensure they know that word is a word we celebrate. In the Pride theme of all things rainbow, we thought it would be fun to have these discussions while building something as a family with classic LEGO bricks. #ad The kids came up with the idea of a rainbow house, and we thought that was perfect. Us dads are the G in LGBBTQ+, but we wanted them to know another G-word that describes their dads: grateful. We are so grateful to live in a time where we can legally get married, have children and create this home to raise our beautiful children. Teachable moments through play have always been a way for us to connect as a family, and doing it through LEGO bricks was perfect. So, thanks to the LEGO Group, for partnering with us on this video and allowing this teachable moment to happen for us and, hopefully, a helpful narrative and tool for others looking to have a similar conversation with their families. #AtoZofAwesome #legocollective
Meet our family. We are Dustin and Burton, gay dads, and proud parents of our twins, Stone and Holland Buffaloe. We created our family vlog, "Raising Buffaloes," as a resource for all. We are an All American Family, who happen to be gay parents through surrogacy. On our channel, you will see videos of our family adventures and grasp what it's like to raise kids in the south as a gay couple. Our dad vlog captures our parenting and fatherhood journey, but you'll find much more. We open up about our coming out journey, relationship and marriage tips, and how to live life with a little more laughter. We use our voice to shed light and awareness to the LGBTQ+ community, gay rights equality, and opening eyes to others. Family has many definitions, and this is ours. Watching this brought tears to my eyes, for two reasons. One, tears of joy that this is possible for gay people, but simultaneously thinking of all the kids who in some states are no longer allowed to speak about their two dads or two moms at school, for fear of being ostracized by other kids and teachers not being allowed to give them the support they need and explain things to the other kids. I’m straight, but I believe in love, and it doesn’t matter who you love. Those Legos placed across the square at the top are almost symbolic for building bridges.

I just had this idea : a complete makeover of Uncle Chad by his brother Dustin. The goal? Make him look like a CEO, with an Armani suit, a tie and everything . Hippie look is not fashionable any more. I am sure that Chad is a very handsome man. His wife will thank me ! Love y'all from France ❤️
