When I was a real little kid, I thought the fancy corkscrew with the arms made a decent E.T. toy, the neck went up and down when the arms moved, I swear they are missing out on a marketing opportunity there.

The “microscopic decay” needs to be specifically explained as the digestive process of yet another life form consuming the sugar and urinating alcohol until they either starve to death (a dry wine) or poison themselves in their own waste products first (a sweet wine).

I love this so much, and I've only had a mild input of psychotropic grape slurry today!

The video requires an inordinate amount of additional context to be understood properly.

I think I'm going to find myself saying "This is a real object that exists in this universe" from time to time now
@itsdrgrandpa11 күн бұрын
Hearing that phrase said that way connected with an unnamed sensation that has existed in my brain for as long as I can remember. I will also be remarking this from time to time now!

I actually have a few "extended edition" scripts in my back pocket. I'll probably start rolling those out pretty soon.

I would like one of these but with subtle lies mixed in that the alien wouldn’t notice.

I think your channel is greatly underrated. I love these videos of explaining things to an alien. I know the more of these you make, the more traction on subscribers you'll receive.

While this is cool, what exactly is a bottle? What's a dollar? What's sand? There is still much to be desired from this video.👽

Just seeing this. What a fantastic idea for a channel, truly. Goodbye Galaxy: this is who we are as humans, stripped of all dogma, just our funny ass little tools and objectively bizarre ideas about ourselves. 👏🏼✊🏼

1:15 The grapes exist to entice animals to aid in the reproduction of the vine. Seedless grapes entice humans to aid in the reproduction of the vine, so this does not undermine their existence. (Also I think a lot of “seedless” plants actually just have tiny seeds but I don’t know if that is true of grapes)
@itsdrgrandpa11 күн бұрын
In my experience, yes, the seedless grapes do have very very very tiny, undeveloped seeds! (we just finished off a delicious bag yesterday, funny) I think it must be exceedingly difficult to get the grapes to stop forming seeds entirely, but not as difficult to deactivate their ability to grow/develop the seeds. This is purely speculation from me, though, grain of salt etc...

I love this a great deal, and it will surely provide incredibly valuable information. Thank you. However, describing grapefruits as sherbet flavor constitutes almost criminal misleading of a curious alien. No one, not on this earth, or any other sapient species, should have to endure eating a grapefruit.

The pleasure from alcohol is not the result of brain damage, rather the result of GABA-A agonism of the ethanol molecule, among a wide variety of activations or suppressions of other receptors in the brain.

Hey man, you are really good at understanding things without cultural bias. I have come up with ways that AI can perceive reality, with understanding of things with a completely objective point of view. Your takes could help with the understanding of many things that people think about without bias. I’d be interested in you explaining solutions for climate change the way an AI would explain it.

"Medley of plant reproductive parts" I.. y... you aren't wrong, and this is perhaps the most disturbing discription I have heard to date.

I forgot to mention that the reproductive parts are mutilated first.
